Why can't the speed of mobile phones and laptops always go up? Most likely, the wireless negotiation rate is too low! How do I check it?

After the wireless terminal is connected to the wireless signal, the wireless network card and the wireless router will negotiate, and the general wireless negotiation rate is the highest transmission rate that both can support (for example, the maximum connection rate is 150Mbps when the 300Mbps wireless router is connected to the 150Mbps wireless network card), and the wireless speed test result is closely related to the wireless negotiation rate.
Common wireless terminals, such as Windows computers, Android phones, and MacBooks, can directly view the wireless negotiation rate, while Apple mobile phones cannot directly view the negotiation rate.
Android
Open the "Settings" - "Wi-Fi" of your phone, find and tap the connected wireless signal, and you can see the current connected wireless rate on the pop-up page, as shown in the following figure:
Windows
- Windows XP: Find "Online Neighbors" on the desktop, right-click and select "Properties", and find "Wi-Fi".
- Win 7 and above: Click on the network icon of the wireless signal in the lower right corner of the computer, select "Open Network and Sharing Center", click "Change adapter settings" in the upper left corner, and find "Wi-Fi connection". Then right-click and select "Status", you can see the current wireless rate in the general:
Mac OS
Press and hold the Alt Option button on the keyboard, and then click the wireless icon in the upper right corner of the screen, and you can see the current wireless speed on the pop-up page, as shown in the following figure:
iOS
Apple's iOS system does not support viewing wireless rates, and the following table counts the wireless rate test results of several Apple mobile phones for reference.
