Xiao Yaqing said that my country’s current 5G development has achieved phased and landmark results: in terms of base station construction, as of August, a total of 1.037 million 5G base stations have been built, accounting for more than 70% of the world; in terms of end users, from January to August this year, domestic 5G Mobile phone shipments reached 168 million units, an increase of 80% year-on-year. At the same time, 5G terminal users exceeded 400 million, making it the world's largest user group.

In this context, my country will continue to work on three major priorities. The first is to consolidate the network foundation, comprehensively promote the construction of 5G networks, accelerate the extension to township coverage, and deepen 5G co-construction and sharing; the second is to optimize the ecological environment and advance The R&D and industrialization of 5G chips, modules, terminals and other products for industry applications, strengthen coordination among departments, and work together to promote 5G innovation; the third is to expand application scenarios and face the three major areas of new information consumption, real economy, and people’s livelihood services. Cultivate a batch of typical demonstrations of 5G convergence applications.

According to this plan, the integration of 5G and smart logistics will undoubtedly be one of the projects to be focused on and promoted in the future. 1. Logistics and warehousing

Logistics warehousing is an important part of the logistics industry, which is related to a series of matters such as storage, delivery and transshipment of goods, and has always been the focus of industry enterprises. At present, the traditional warehousing operation model has been unable to meet the high-speed operation of the logistics and express industry and the actual needs of large categories.
