A total of 38 APPs were found to have problems.

According to the latest report from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in the early stage, the problem of app harassing users by calling the address book, location information and pop-up information in violation of the regulations was rectified. Recently, a review was conducted for violations such as users’ strong app over-range, frequent requests for permissions, collection of user personal information that is not necessary for service scenarios, and deception and misleading users to download. A total of 38 apps (see attachment) were found to have problems. .

 

According to the notified list, the violating apps include Tencent News under Tencent, National K Song Express Edition, QQ Music, etc., as well as well-known apps such as Xiaohongshu, Tantan, Job Gang, Douban, Huolala, etc., almost covered In everyone's cell phone.

 

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology emphasizes that the app in this round of notifications should be rectified before November 9. If the rectification is not completed within the time limit or the rectification is not in place, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will deal with it in accordance with the law and impose administrative penalties.
