However, due to the large amount of funds required for comprehensive construction, more challenges to the technology itself, and certain shortcomings in commercial integration and later popularization, the development of my country's industrial Internet is still in its infancy at this stage, and it faces and urgently needs to be resolved. There are many problems. For example, it includes the phenomenon of data islands to be broken, core technological innovation capabilities to be improved, and legal standards and norms to be improved... If these problems cannot be eradicated, my country's development will stagnate.

So, in the face of so many severe challenges and problems, how can we effectively eliminate them? There is no doubt that the 5G technology that is accelerating deployment, construction and development is expected to help and become a good way to promote faster and better development of the industrial Internet. helper. Up to now, the construction of 5G base stations in my country has exceeded 800,000, and the number of 5G terminal connections has exceeded 300 million. The construction and application of 5G have achieved initial results, and this can bring many benefits to the development of the industrial Internet industry.

As we all know, 5G has the characteristics of high speed, low latency, and large capacity. With the encouragement and support of various policies such as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in the industrial field, my country's "5G+Industrial Internet" projects have also accumulated more than 1,500, covering 22 important industries have initially formed many typical application scenarios such as remote equipment control, flexible manufacturing, on-site auxiliary assembly, machine vision quality inspection, and unmanned intelligent inspection.


However, the integration and development of 5G and the Industrial Internet are both good and bad. While 5G will improve the efficiency and growth rate of the Industrial Internet, it also breeds some new problems. For example, the construction and operation and maintenance costs of 5G base stations are quite high, which restricts the development of 5G and the industrial Internet; and 5G brings risks to the security of data and information, and brings challenges to the security of the industrial Internet. In the future, if 5G and the Industrial Internet want to achieve greater integration value, they need to continue to tackle tough problems.
